The Lothians Radio Society regrets that it is not in a position to provide training courses for amateur radio licence examinations at the current time. However, we have a registered examination centre available.

The Cockenzie & Port Seton Amateur Radio Club provides comprehensive training courses and examinations. They have kindly indicated that these courses are open to members of other clubs including the LRS. ADVANCED COURSES SELF-STUDY

If anyone self-study’s for the Advance Licence Exam then they can sit the exam at the club’s RSGB Registered Centre. We will book the venue, administer the examination paperwork and invigilate the exam.
See below for exam dates and the fees must be with the RSGB one month before the exam date.
