Paul Ingram GM4UPN died on 1st May 2025 in Alexandria, near Glasgow, aged 67. He was a former member and Committee Member of the LRS.
Funeral: Tuesday 10th June 2025, 1:15pm at Cardross Crematorium, G82 5HQ, leaving from Co-op, Steven St, Alexandria. Family flowers only. Please wear bright colours / tiedye to celebrate Paul’s life.
Paul’s career involved repairing electronic equipment. Initially living in Rochester, Kent, he worked for Hodges & Johnston in Leigh-on-Sea who made electronic organs and other music equipment.
After moving to Gracemount in Edinburgh he worked for some PMR companies – Professional Mobile Radio – including Jackdaw Communications and Landalow Communications. He joined the Lothians Radio Society in 2010 and quickly found himself on the Committee.

He moved to Alexandria about 2020 and died there on 1st May 2025.
